One of the first K-Beauty products I decided to try was the Secret Key Starting Treatment Eye Cream. I had never tried an eye cream before & was curious as lớn what it was, how it worked & whether I would see any difference in the skin around my eyes. Here’s my experience…
Key Ingredients:
*Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate*
Ingredient produced from yeast fermentation which has antioxidant properties, increasing the skin’s hyaluronic acid production. This helps to keep the skin plumped & hydrated.

*Ceramide*
Found naturally in the skin, ceramides help khổng lồ maintain a healthy skin barrier and keep the skin hydrated.
*Shea Butter*
Emollient that is antioxidant-rich and helps to lớn soothe the skin.

The eye cream is in a plastic squeezy tube with a cap. This helps lớn control the amount of sản phẩm dispersed very well. The product did not leak at all.
The cream is has a medium to lớn thick consistency, yet it is easy to lớn spread và rub into the skin & does not take long khổng lồ absorb which is great. It does not leave any sticky feeling on the skin. Fragrance-wise, there is only a slight detectable scent.
The Performance:
After several months of use, I can say the eye cream kept my under eye area hydrated…but that’s about it! I did not see any brightening effect or reduction in fine lines around my eyes. (NB: I don’t have any deep lines around my eyes, only small lines)
Cons:
No brightening or reduction in fine lines
May not be suitable for acne-prone skin types due to lớn Glyceryl Stearate SE

The Secret Key Starting Treatment Eye Cream hydrated the skin under my eyes but did not have any brightening effects. Also it did not reduce any of my fine lines. All in all, I would not recommend this eye cream.

If you are new to my blog, here’s a little information about my skin: I have a normal, but hyper-sensitive skin with stubborn genetic eyebags. I’m going khổng lồ be 29 next month và so far the only aging sign that bother me are the eyebags + dark circles that have been there since I was 17. Sucks right? What’s worse is that nothing, I literally mean nothing works on them. But I still keep purchasing one eye cream after another, never repeating the same brand, hoping the next one that I pick up might make a little difference. So far, the only ones that managed to make any difference, only made the circles under my eyes look a bit lighter, và literally no effect on the bags. My Experience:
Even though the ferment essence didn’t bởi magic on my circles và bags by making them disappear, I approved them enough lớn actually order one for my sister. Yes, my sister might chia sẻ the same genes, but her curse is not the dark circles, at least they weren’t just a few months back. You see, my sister is one of those fortunate ladies who afforded to ignore an eye cream all these years and now that she’s in her early thirties, she’s seeing the first signs.
I was impressed with the Secret Key First Treatment Eye Cream the moment I used it for the first time. The product has a thick texture and the tube dispenses it in a very appropriate quantity which was the first reason I was impressed with it as the last eye cream that I used prior to it was too runny that it would get into my eyes every time I used it. After using the eye cream religiously for a few weeks my dark circle started becoming lighter. There was not much difference with the bag though, but yes the skin under my eyes was no more dark. The ferment essence and the niacinamide did bởi its job after all. My sister said it’s working fine on her dark circles too so I guess it will work better on people who doesn’t have stubborn eyebags.
Overall, I’m impressed with this eye cream and will suggest it to lớn anybody who’s in need of one, but personally I won’t re-purchase it since I will still on the lookout for an eye cream that works on my eye bags as well.
